Bloom into the flavors of Spring at Pisco y Nazca!
WHAT: Pisco y Nazca is excited to kick off Spring with a brand new seasonal menu starting April 9th, 2025. The ceviche gastrobar will feature six dishes, a fruity cocktail and a refreshing mocktail in addition to their regular menu. The seasonal menu will be offered at both Pisco y Nazca DC and Reston.

Guests can indulge in the fresh flavors of the Muchame de Atún, cured fresh tuna topped with an avocado, chalaquita vinaigrette mix served with crostinis. Bao buns de Pescado offers a warm bite into steam buns filled with crispy fish bites tossed in lime juice, salsa criolla and aji amarillo aioli. For bright and sweet cocktails, enjoy Kiwi Margarita Tropical, featuring Coco Lopez and agave. For a non-alcoholic option, guests can order La Fresca made with pineapple purée, strawberry, Coco Lopez and lemon juice. The rich espresso-infused creamy custard served with an alfajor crust and chocolate glaze Cremoso de Café will satisfy the sweet tooth. Please view the full spring menu and high-res images HERE.
