Bulla Gastrobar Charlotte Unveils Fresh Spring Menu
Enjoy new seasonal dishes and cocktails to welcome the Spring season
Charlotte, NC (April 3, 2025)—Bulla Gastrobar (4310 Sharon Rd, Ste W01) is delighted to announce the launch of its brand new spring menu, debuting today, April 3. With a curated selection of innovative seasonal dishes and handcrafted beverages, this menu captures the essence of Spanish flavors while celebrating the freshness of spring.
Designed to showcase the vibrant ingredients of the season, Bulla’s new offerings include fresh seafood, comforting classics, and indulgent desserts, along with an inspired selection of craft cocktails and refreshing mocktails. Each dish brings a unique taste of Spain, perfectly suited for the warmer months ahead.
The new Spring Menu highlights include the fan-favorite Clams & Artichoke, a delicate yet flavorful dish that pairs tender artichoke confit with juicy clams, paired with a tasty Basque-style seafood sauce with white wine and garlic. Cazuela de Hongos showcase a rich and savory mushroom medley baked with bacon, béchamel, mozzarella, and piquillo pepper confit, topped with a perfectly fried egg and crispy Serrano ham. Inspired by Spain’s famous Huevos Estrellados, Huevos Rotos features fried eggs over crispy French fries with Maldon salt, available with a choice of mushroom medley, Spanish-style chistorra sausage, or both. For the seafood lovers, Corvina a la Bilbaina is a beautifully prepared corvina fillet served with crispy patatas panaderas and finished with a flavorful sauce of toasted garlic, olive oil, and guindilla peppers. The Fideuà de Calamares is a Valencia-style toasted noodle dish, baked to perfection and featuring calamari, bacon, and squid ink aioli for an exceptional depth of flavor. For a sweet finish, order the Ponche Segoviano, a timeless Spanish dessert with layers of vanilla sponge cake, creamy pastry filling, and a marzipan crust, lightly caramelized and served with a mixed berry compote.
To complement these dishes, Bulla’s new spring cocktails include the Gin Thyme, a smooth and floral gin-based cocktail with crème de violette, fresh lemon, thyme simple syrup, and egg whites for a velvety finish. A non-alcoholic option is also available: the Spicy Peach, a bold, refreshing mocktail with peach purée, lime juice, and jalapeño simple syrup, served with a Tajín-rimmed glass for the perfect balance of sweet, citrus, and spice.
